Sharon got booted off the computer before your entire letter printed out, and so she was unable to finish reading it. She's also not sure her email to you was sent, because of the computer problems.
Will you print out your email and mail it to her?
She's such a sweet girl and is so disappointed to have missed the window. I live nearby and bring them out for Pday activities sometimes. This is the only way we could figure to let you know what happened.
